Summer Refreshment: Iced Watermelon Shake

Iced Watermelon Shake

Ever since we came back from our holidays in Thailand, I’m addicted to watermelon shakes. Now, that it’s finally summer here in Germany, I could drink this refreshing shake all day, every day! The best thing about it: you only need 3 ingredients for this delicious summer drink. It only consists of watermelon, ice cubes and some freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional). For those who need some extra freshness: you can add some mint leaves to your shakes- tastes amazing! So here we go: Cut your watermelon into pieces and remove the peel. Fill it in a blender together with ice cubes (1 handful per serving) and the lemon juice and then: mix it baby! If you’re throwing a summer BBQ party this weekend- you can easily make watermelon gin tonics! Cheers

Love, Valerie

Super lecker, solche Drinks habe ich mir bei ganz heißen Tagen auch schon oft gemacht. Ich hoffe das Wetter spielt bald wieder mit und ich kann mir wieder so einen erfrischenden Wassermelonendrink zaubern.
