Strawberry Cake with only 5 ingredients (vegan+gluten free)

Seriously, is there anything better than enjoying this beautiful weather on the sunny balcony while having a delicious piece of homemade, super fresh strawberry cake? This is my idea of summer! Last week, I was in the mood for a new recipe, which I want to share with you today. Since it only contains 5 ingredients it is super easy and quick to make. The perfect last-minute cake! 🙂

The roasted almonds bring so much flavor and the dates are the best natural sweetener. The combo of these two is simply delicious. For the topping, I used a vegan cream alternative (Alpro Go on) and fresh, local strawberries. I hope you like this delicious cake as much as I do and give it a try 🙂

Das Rezept klingt wirklich super lecker.
Ich würde den Kuchen gerne zum Pfingstwochenende backen. Welche Springform Größe nutzt du dafür? 🙂
