My Week in Memories #43: Autumn in Berlin and Trip to Cologne

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. I spend mine in Cologne with my girls Magdalena and Marina. We were invited to the WANT Store x Mou Boots Event, where we spend a beautiful day. It was so nice to get to know so many nice people. Yesterday, I arrived at home and immediately changed into my Pyjama. I definitely needed a cozy Sunday on the sofa. I watched Modern family, prepared some blogpost and lighted my…

Super Easy Vegan Mini Cinnamon Rolls

Mhmm… Cinnamon rolls are definitely one of my favorite sweets in winter. I basically love everything with cinnamon and can’t get enough of it. Who feels the same way? Today I want to share with you a super easy recipe for vegan cinnamon rolls that don’t need any special baking skills. Travel Guide Yosemite National Park

One of the last stops of our road trip through California was the Yosemite National Park. We were so excited about it and we didn’t get disappointed. Los Angeles Food Guide: My favorite places to eat

Besides summer, beaches and sunshine, I also looked forward to the culinary experience in Los Angeles. If there is one place on earth where vegetarians and vegans can live happily ever after, then it is definitely L.A. It’s literally the Food Nirvana! Healthy food, beyond boring salads or raw food, is here at every corner. The right foodie-places, however, are not always so easy to find. That’s why I’m sharing my Top 5 food hotspots on Los Angeles with you today, that are mainly vegetarian/vegan. If you’re planning a trip to L.A., this is your food bucket list:

    1. Gracias Madre

This is by far my favorite place to eat in L.A.. The location is just a dream and has the most beautiful outside area. The cuisine? Vegan Mexican all the way. Every dish on the menu is 100% organic. Even the cocktails, which are by the way absolute killer. We had a really hard time deciding what to eat. In the end, we went for a Mexican salad with chickpeas and coconut bacon (so delicious omg) and for the pulled Jackfruit Burger with oven vegetables (absolutely tasty). For a starter, we had homemade tortillas and the best guacamole ever. If you’re there, be sure to sit outside. When you order the homemade ice tea, you will get a free refill whenever your glass is empty. Yay for that! Continue Reading »
