Today I have 5 super delicious and healthy breakfast idea for everyday life for you. All recipes are vegan and contain a lot of vitamins and amazing nutrients.

In the last couple of weeks, I got a little bored with breakfast. I ate the same every morning and it was about time to bring some variety into my breakfast routine again. So today I want to share with you my all time favorites breakfast dishes that are easy to make and a hell of a great energizer to start a successful new day.

Smoothie Bowl 

I love Smoothie Bowls! They are so easy to make and cotain a looooot of great vitamins. Especially in summer, it’s a great way to start into the day. I love to mix up bananas, mango and some water and then add blueberries, coconut flakes, chia seeds and all the things I like! Definitely one of the easiest breakfasts to make!

Quinoa breakfast bowl with walnuts and cinnamon

I eat Quinoa every week and I love it! Quinoa is not only a great source of protein, it also contains several B vitamins, healthy carbohydrates, zinc and magnesium. Great to start your morning with a lot of power and energy. I love to mix it up with berries, vanilla, cinnamon, and plant based milk.

Coconut Chia Pudding with Toppings

Chia Pudding is a classic and definitely one of the easiest breakfast ever. Actually, you only need 2 ingredients for this and you can top it with whatever you like. I love to make coconut chia pudding now and then for breakfast. Chia seeds are great for your digestion by the way!

Pancakes with berry sauce

Weekends mean Pancakes!! I love to have a special breakfast on weekends and which dish could be better than homemade pancakes? These are super easy to make and if you’re too lazy in the morning you can prepare the dough at night. Maybe as a surprise for your loved one? 🙂

5-Minutes Chia Jam – healthy & delicious

Actually, we wouldn’t label jam as healthy but this one is an exception. You only need 3 ingredients for this one: berries, agave syrup or any other sweetener and chia seeds. So simple yet so delicious. I love to eat this jam with rye bread or on croissants. Yum!

    Oh, das sind wirklich tolle Ideen! Ich kann mich gar nicht entscheiden, welche ich jetzt so spontan am leckersten aussieht. Chia-Marmelade möchte ich aber unbedingt bald einmal ausprobieren 🙂
