20 ways to be healthier every day


We all want to live a healthier lifestyle. The problem is, that most of us think that it’s a big commitment to live healthy, but it’s actually not at all! Today I have listed you 20 easy ways to be healthier every day. These 20 tips are all small improvements that have a big impact on your health and body. Like I always tell you in my lifestyle articles, routines are your best friends. Establishing a healthy-living routine can be so helpful and fun. Start small and don’t overrate yourself. I started a year ago with the hot lemon water in the morning. I love that ritual and it was so easy to adapt it to my morning and breakfast routine. So here we go with 20 little habits that are good for your health and hopefully inspire you to live a happier and healthier life each day!

1. Don’t ever skip breakfast

2. Put down your phone while eating

3. Cut back on refined sugar

4. Never grocery shop on an empty stomach

5. Go for frozen fruits and veggies

6. Drink hot lemon water every morning

7. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day

8. Work out because you love your body, not because you hate it

9. Always have healthy snacks at home

10. Practice mindful eating

11. Cut back on processed food and eat whole foods instead

12. Listen to your body

13. Get at least 7 hours of sleep every night

14. Make room for more me-time

15. Don’t skip your annual checkup at the doctor

16. Practice meditation daily

17. Don’t be afraid of healthy fats

18. Boost your dishes with superfoods

19. Bake instead of frying

20. Think positive!

    Love these recommendations. However, I disagree on the first one – when I eat breakfast I ALWAYS get sugar cravings and binge attacks. So I only have a coffee after getting up and an early lunch around 11/12. Works much better for me 🙂
