Today I have listed you 20 easy ways to be healthier every day. These 20 tips are all small improvements that have a big impact on your health and body. Like I always tell you in my lifestyle articles, routines are your best friends. Establishing a healthy-living routine can be so helpful and fun. Start small and don’t overrate yourself. I started a year ago with the hot lemon water in the morning. I love that ritual and it was so easy to adapt it to my morning and breakfast routine. So here we go with 20 little habits that are good for your health and hopefully inspire you to live a happier and healthier life each day!
1. Don’t ever skip breakfast
2. Put down your phone while eating
3. Cut back on refined sugar
4. Never grocery shop on an empty stomach
5. Go for frozen fruits and veggies
6. Drink hot lemon water every morning
7. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day
