For all of you out there who think it’s way too warm for eating cake in summer – I’m gonna proof you wrong today. This no-bake raw vegan blueberry cheesecake is super refreshing, healthy and fruity. It’s the ultimate summer cake! Since you don’t need to bake it and it only consists of natural raw ingredients, you can easily store it in your freezer or fridge. The cream of the cake taste like ice cream and is super delicious. The crispy crust consists of walnuts and dates and completes the amazing taste of the cheesecake. You may have already noticed – this recipe is definitely a favorite of mine. What I find especially important is that the recipes that I’m sharing with you are easy to make and don’t need many complicated ingredients.
Happy Monday, loves! I hope you all had a relaxed and sunny weekend. I spent mine with my best friends and family. We celebrated the birthday of my best friend and also 10 years of friendship. It’s crazy how time flies and I couldn’t be happier to have such beautiful souls in my life, who always have my back and lighten up my life. This weekend and it’s terrifying events in Munich showed me another time, that life is too short to leave important words unsaid.
At home, I eat most of the time vegan, with very few exceptions, like when friends a visiting or something like that. My boyfriend actually, does too but a few days ago he told me that he slowly runs out of ideas what he can put on his toast, except avocado every day. The supermarkets here have a huge offer of vegan bread spreads but almost all of them are very high in fat and have bad nutritional values in general. To inspire my boyfriend a little with his toast-dilemma, I decided to present him 6 vegan toast ideas both sweet and savory. Actually, there are so many amazing ways to make a delicious vegan toast without much effort, you just have to get a little creative here and play with the ingredients you have at home. Today I want to show you all my favorite vegan toast ideas and hope you love them as much as I do.
Today I want to show you an absolute favorite look of mine. My new jacket from Edited the label is the new it-piece in my closet and I totally love the soft color and the slightly oversized cut. Now, that the weather in Berlin decided to switch to autumn mode, I get to wear the beautiful piece almost every day. Well, actually I’m not that happy about the missing hot summer days, but I’m sure summer is coming very very soon (at least I hope so). Until then I will try some other combinations with this nice jacket.
